An order is considered complete only after confirmation has been received from the company and/or full payment has been successfully made.

All prices are valid as displayed on the date of purchase. The company reserves the right to change product prices or promotional terms without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Customers are required to complete payment within the specified period; otherwise, the order may be automatically canceled. After payment is made, please provide proof of payment to confirm the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the shipping provider and destination area. The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Customers must notify the company within 2 days of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence (photos/
videos). Products must remain unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed. If you wish to cancel an order before payment, please contact our staff.

7. Liability

The company shall not be responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Actual products may slightly differ from advertising images in terms of color, size, or packaging.
